I can’t get over this interior Texas vacation rental photography shoot at Casa Paloma in Freeport Texas!! I captured this newly renovated vacation rental for Teresa C. to really highlight the relaxing magazine-worthy decor! Casa Paloma is a modern beach retreat on Treasure Island giving all the beach vibes! It’s only steps away from Treasure Island’s private beach and has a fully stocked kitchen, 2 king bedrooms, 1 loft area with 2 custom twin bunk beds, and a large deck with ocean views. What more can you ask for?! You’ll feel right at home at Casa Paloma just as I did when I walked in ready to capture its beauty! 

Freeport is such a gorgeous city so I truly enjoyed driving down from Houston to capture this short-term vacation rental. As soon as I got out of the car I was hit with a warm breeze and the refreshing smell of the beach and after walking inside Casa Paloma I just let out a relaxed sigh. It was decorated SO perfectly! I was in love with the open living, dining, and kitchen area! The interior design was so stylish, inviting, calming, and refreshing all at once… Bringing a big smile to my face immediately! Every corner of the home was giving beach vibes from the wicker baskets in the living room to the blue and white design on the curtains. One of my favorite touches in the living room was the surfboard nailed to the wall! If you didn’t know you were staying at a beach retreat you definitely would just by the decor and interior design! 

Even the kitchen gave beach vibes and it was definitely one of my favorite rooms in the whole house! I was completely in love with the wicker straw light fixtures as well as the Rattan kitchen stools! I don’t think I’ve ever seen wicker light fixtures like that before so that was such a unique touch for me! Not only did I love the interior design of the kitchen but I loved how much light came through in each room! Light is SO important when capturing vacation rental photography so this home was a dream to photograph as each room has plenty of natural lighting! 

I couldn’t help but feel on vacation while I was photographing this vacation rental for Teresa! It really felt like I stepped right into a magazine! And don’t get me started on working with her! She was awesome!! Teresa was just as inviting and refreshing as her vacation rental! I loved chatting with her about her vacation rental journey and how Casa Paloma was their first Airbnb and short-term vacation rental in Texas but their 3rd one overall, with a 4th on the way!! I hope to shoot with Teresa again as I can’t even imagine what her other vacation rentals will look like, I’m sure it will be just as if not more stunning than Casa Paloma!
