This is Miss Alyssa, she is not only the granddaughter of my momma’s best friend but she was my first Senior for the graduating Class of 2017 AND she wins the prize for traveling the farthest distance for her session. She came all the way from the DFW area and I would love to say she came all that way just for her senior pictures, but the truth is she used to live in my neck of the woods and was going to be in town visiting friends and family. At the request of wanting a location that was vintage and rusty, I knew the cutest little place that fit the bill. So we loaded up and headed out to the sweet little town of Burton, Texas to my favorite little shop there called Flown the Coop. They have everything from local honey and cute t-shirts to vintage and repurposed home decor…. and a cute little cat named Rusty. Mark and I really enjoyed our time with Miss Alyssa and her beautiful mom.
