Pomegranate Tree Planting
I love when my couple’s add special little personalized moments to their wedding day. During Jacob and Theresa’s wedding ceremony, in the perfect spot at Plantation Elegance, they replanted a pomegranate tree using soil from both of their parent’s homes. Because of it’s symbolism, Jacob’s grandfather gladly gifted them with a pomegranate tree from his land in Fredericksburg, TX. I loved listening to Jacob’s grandfather tell us all about why he chose that tree, his excitement was definitely obvious.
Romantic Spanish Moss Covered Plantation Elegance Wedding
Jacob and Theresa’s wedding at Plantation Elegance was a day filled with beautiful weather and absolute joy. These two were literally on cloud nine the whole day. In the days leading up to their wedding the forecast showed there was going to be a lot of rain prior to Saturday BUT it was supposed to clear up for their wedding day. Since their wedding was going to be all outdoors, Theresa had to make the call a few days before of whether or not she wanted a tent to be set up. I knew this was stressing her a little because I knew how excited she was to have her wedding reception under the night sky. She decided to trust the weather forecast and I’m so glad she did, the weather on their wedding day was spectacular. Surrounded by those that love them, the new Mr. and Mrs. Watson danced the night away under the stars and then made their exit like true fans of the Houston Texans.
